HOW TO ISSUE A RETURN?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to follow the conditions below:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you’re based in the Rotterdam area, you can return your item(s) free of charge at our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to arrange an in-person return.

STEP 1 - CONTACT US

Please contact us via the form below or by email at info@nomivara.com.

We will send you a return form and a shipping label.

STEP 2 - RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

Please include the fully completed return form with your parcel.

Print it out or copy the necessary information onto a piece of paper if you don't have a printer available.

Important:

If neither the return form nor a visible sender address is included, we may not be able to identify your return, and it may be rejected.

If you realize this has happened, please contact us immediately via email at info@nomivara.com or via the form below so we can resolve the issue.

STEP 3 - REFUND

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

This typically occurs within 14 days of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

PLEASE REMEMBER

Returned items must be in original, unused condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

You are responsible for the return shipment until it arrives at our warehouse. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number as proof.

Returns that show signs of wear, are missing tags, damaged, or submitted without a return form may be rejected. In such cases, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you at your expense.

Absolutely! You can return sale items within 14 days after you've received them. The return process remains the same as for regular items.

Our goal is for you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so a return won’t be necessary.

Look at the material composition: Items with elastane/spandex are more stretchy than 100% cotton.
Read how the item is described: Oversized, runs small, etc.
